Craig is an investor living in Chattanooga, Tennessee who has been investing in real estate across his entire career. What began as buy-and-hold rental property developed into fix-and-flips, owner financing, and then terms offers.

Casey Tuggle

Casey began investing in real estate in 2008, and during those topsy-turvy years learned quickly how wild economic swings can impact both buyer and seller. He has since gone on to own rental properties, fixer-uppers, and participate in owner financing.
As a marketer, Casey has spent thousands of hours and millions of dollars to learn how to reach the right home owners where a win-win deal is possible. He truly believes creative solutions and flexible offers are key to making all parties happy with a deal.
